This was an assignment for my 2D dsign class. We had to imitate an artist and their style, while creating a magazine cover out of it.

I picked Natsuki Takaya, and her character Isuzu from Fruits Basket.

I'm impressed! The only critique I could make is that it looks to me like her nose is too far to the right. Otherwise, nice work.

He head is supposed to look slightly turned to the side. That's why her nose is so far over. Otherwise, you'd be right : )

I love how this turned out. It looks friggn' hawt printed on glossy paper

^^; they anatomy is thanks to natsuki takaya. sadly that pose didn't come directly out of my noggin. :/
